PROCESS
The ELY lamp is the result of a long and meticulous design process. Its construction was gradually refined, with careful attention given to proportion, balance, and the way light interacts with the form.
SOFT GLOW
The ELY lamp has a light source placed inside its dome-shaped shade so that the top glows softly, while the light gradually fades toward the base, almost disappearing completely, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.
Its delicate design gives it an airy, almost floating presence.
DESIGNER
Marcin Laskowski
He is the founder of TAMO, an entrepreneur, and the brand’s lead designer. Most of the collection has been created under his creative direction. Drawing inspiration from traditional woodworking techniques and a deep love for art, he has developed a unique, signature collection of furniture.
His experimental approach to form and dedication to the artistic direction of the brand reflect the true spirit of TAMO. His designs are rich in shape and fluidly merge cultural references—ranging from Gdynia modernism to minimalist Northern European design.
Marcin’s deep passion for wood and his expertise in both industrial and artisanal production processes are present in every aspect of his work.
