KIRU ist eine Konsole mit einem markanten, asketischen Charakter. Ihre Stärke liegt in klaren Linien, einer skulpturalen Form und der natürlichen Schönheit von massivem Eichenholz – im Einklang mit einer minimalistischen Ästhetik.
Feine Designdetails treten in einen stillen Dialog mit dem Raum und lenken den Blick auf Töne, Texturen und die Ehrlichkeit des Materials. Die Gesamtkomposition spiegelt eine nordische Sensibilität wider – rau, raffiniert und tief in der Natur verwurzelt.
So beginnt die Grenze zwischen funktionalem Möbelstück und Sammlerobjekt zu verschwimmen.
Eine dezente Schublade verbirgt, was nicht sichtbar sein soll, während die Oberfläche als Podest für Dinge dient, die wir gerne in Szene setzen möchten. Man braucht nur ein wenig Fantasie.

Marcin Laskowski
He is the founder of TAMO, an entrepreneur, and the brand’s lead designer. Most of the collection has been created under his creative direction. Drawing inspiration from traditional woodworking techniques and a deep love for art, he has developed a unique, signature collection of furniture.
His experimental approach to form and dedication to the artistic direction of the brand reflect the true spirit of TAMO. His designs are rich in shape and fluidly merge cultural references—ranging from Gdynia modernism to minimalist Northern European design.
Marcin’s deep passion for wood and his expertise in both industrial and artisanal production processes are present in every aspect of his work.
